In 1990, Peter Senge coined the term, “A Learning Organization,” as one “where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured…” (Peter M. Senge, The Fifth Discipline (New York: Doubleday, 1990), p. 1).  We aspire to be such an organization.  We continually try to improve our knowledge, increase our skills, and deepen our insight so that we are growing alongside those whom we serve.
